Description:

LOAD ABOVE ALL FOR THIS TO WORK

This mod is aimed to bring a new breath to the Flagellant class, based on my personal vision for him.

A) General aspects:
-Flagellant is no longer limited to one per party
-Except Deathblow (still 73%) and Trap (now its 20% at base instead of 0%), all of his resistances got lowered
-New Passive: +20% DMG and +20% Status Eficiency while affected by the Crimson Curse
-He has 1% more Crit chance on all ranks
-He deals 1 less DMG high (not low) in all ranks
-His base health got re-escaled on all levels (now its a bit higher on the end, but a bit lower on the start)
-His SPD scaling got fixed and nerfed by 1 point in all ranks
-On Crit, he now gains +33% Bleed Duration done
-All of his Bleeds got re-escalated on all ranks
-His Death Reaction got changed: Now instead of being an AoE 125% chance Stun on enemies, it is a 3 rounds +20% DMG taken debuff on enemies
-Both the healing to other teammates from him entering Deaths Door and his healing after dying got lowered to 1 and 2 points heal respectivly, and they cannot critheal anymore
-Lash Anger doesnt exist anymore, and gets replaced by Sanguinary Rally. All of his original camping skills got reworked, and he even got 3 new ones! Check screenshots for more Info
-Suffering now works similar to Finale: All of his skills buff its stats, and even when hit he gets bonuses for it, but its mechanics are very different compared to Finale ones
-Except DLC ones (compatibility reasons) all of his normal trinkets got reworked, he even got 2 new ones!

B) General and fast explain of skills:
1) Punish

5%-9% CRIT
5% DMG mod
Inflicts Bleed on target, has a chance to transfer the DoTs he carry to it

2) Rain of Sorrows
o-o-o-x vs o-o-o-o
90-110 ACC
2%-6% CRIT
-25% DMG mod
Random Target
Ignores Riposte, Guard and Stealth
Inflicts a heavy but low duration Bleed on target

3) Reclaim
Self-cast friendly skill
Activates a low ACC Riposte and Marks self (both for 1 round)
The Riposte applies Regeneration to other allies when it lands

4) Redeem
o-o-o-x vs allies
Inflicts DMG to himself and heals allies
Buff the next cast of Endure

5) Endure
o-o-o-o vs one ally
Stress self and Stress heal the targeted ally
Steals Horror from targeted ally
More effective the more Stress the caster Flag has
Buffs the next cast of Redeem

6) Lifeleech (formerly Exsanguinate)

90-110 ACC
-15% -11% CRIT (Negative)
-50% DMG mod
Features Lifesteal: Heals Flag based on a % of all DMG done with the skill
Absorbs the Bleed and Blight from the enemies it hits
Has 3 rounds Cooldown between uses

7) Suffering

10-30 ACC
-50% DMG mod
Cannot CRIT
Deals a lot of self DMG to self on use
Special chargeable skill: Every other Flag skill buffs Suffering stats and reduces the self dmg this skill does
Getting hit buffs Suffering
Massive ACC bonus while Bleeding or Blighted
Cures Bleed and Blight from self
After use: Removes all the Suffering buffs from self

C) F.A.Q:
-What its "Status Efficiency"?
Status Efficiency its an special buff: It will be used for some of my future mods, but for now I started using it there. What it does is increasing the general efficiency of every effect applied possible (chances, amount, duration, etc), if it is something negative like Stress, Status Efficiency makes the hero deal less Stress. Only non touched effect its Horror, cause it could cause… some bugs with other modded heroes, sorry, but the rest got covered when possible.

-"Embrace the Curse" its debuffing my heroes!
Yes, this is intentional for it to work. RH did an horrible job tagging wrongly some of the buffs used on that camping skill (Like Guard duration done, for example, while positive is considered a debuff). I cannot do anything to fix that, but dont worry, the camping skill will work as it should.

-Why Redeem lags my game for a second sometimes?
Redeem has a secret effect that probably no one will notice. That is why.

-With this mod installed I dont see "Cure failed" messages anymore!
Yes, this mod intentionally removes that pop-up cause it cause horrendous flickering issues with one of the trinkets. But Red Hook did a poorly job and all the cures effects use the same 2 strings for "cure success/failure". I cannot do anything about this.

-Lifesteal? What kind of witchcraft is this?
Lifesteal heals you hero depending on the % of DMG you did with X skill. Quick example, an skill has 50% Lifesteal, it deals 10 DMG to one enemy. The hero gets healed by 5 HP.

-I think I saw the camping barks somewhere…
Yes, I used the barks of Krieg (The Phsyco) from Borderlands 2, cause I tought they were funny and also fitted.
