Mafe Vanilla Refactor: Vestal

This mod is aimed to rework everyones favourite horny nun: The Vestal.
Core Points:
-Gave her a "cycle" on her skills: Offensive skills buff her healing done, and healing skills buff her other skills.
-Made healing skills scale based on target % of total health. However, healing skills become less and less effective with each use, so they cannot be spammed.
-Healing skills cannot target Vestal itself. However, she has a new way of regaining HP: Lifesteal trought Judgement.
-Gave interesant tools for the frontline Vestal.
-New Passive: Every 5% of health lost, Vestal generates 1 point of Torchlight.
-New Crit effect: On Crit, clears Bleed, Blight, Mark, Horror and Debuffs from self.
-"Quantum" lore tooltips: Every time you relog the game, Divine Grace, Divine Comfort and Hand of Light will feature a different random lore quote. This is just asthetic and has no effect on gameplay.

1) Mace Bash:

Buffs Vestal move resist on use
2) Judgement:

ACC 85-105
DMG mod -25%
CRIT 1%-5%
Debuff Target BASE DMG if Light is high enough
0% base Lifesteal (needs to be activated with other skills)
3) Dazzling Light:
Almost the same. DMG mod changed to -95%
4) Illumination:
Almost the same. Critical hits re-enabled (1%-5%)
Now debuffs Dodge, ACC and SPD (3 rounds)
Stills being able to ignore and remove Stealth
5) Hand of Light:
Cannot MISS, deal DMG or CRIT
Activates Riposte on self
Debuff Targets: Riposte disabled and they deal less DMG for 2 rounds
Buff Party: Buffs when Specific enemy types (Human, Vampire, Unholy or Eldritch) are present in battle
6 rounds Cooldown
6) Divine Grace:

Cannot target self
Heal target by 10%-33% of total health
Activates Lifesteal on Judgement
Debuffs all subsecuent "Divine" healings done by -50% (3 rounds)
Consumes all of Vestal Divine healing buffs on use
7) Divine Comfort:
o-o-o-x
Cannot target self
Heal other party members by 5%-15% of they total health
Buff other party members DMG by 10%-30%
Activates Lifesteal on Judgement
Debuffs all subsecuent "Divine" healings done by -50% (3 rounds)
Consumes all of Vestal Divine healing buffs on use
