This composition can be found under :
(F2) Compositions–> "Steam Subscribed Content" –> "Accessories"

A simple "drop in" MVA Scene with Ambient Animations. Completely vanilla, does not create dependencies. The first video in the gallery shows the composition contents.

All the units have the required snippets of code in their Init fields. Also, between them there are two different ways of anims. One being the AmbientAnim function, the other being switchMove.
switchMoves have a lot more animation options.
Also the Ambulances have their rear/side doors opened, the code snippets for that is also in the Van’s Init fields. 

Tested in SP, Local Host and Dedicated Server, all animations work perfectly.

Pretty self explanatory, drop the composition in and copy/paste the code snippets from the various units. All the animation code snippets can be directly posted into a Trigger "on act" field as well.
For example; This way you could set the Paramedics to only start animations once the player/unit is in the area.
The Van doors can also be triggered or opened in a hold/add action. 

I use these anims for immersion in all my missions, and will add more animated units as time goes on.
