TooltipDelay
I bounced off Imperator hard! Mostly because of the constant tooltip spam.
This mod adds a small delay to the majority of tooltips and this delay can easily be edited in the mod file for more custom control.
This doesn’t change the instant terrain popups, for that, check out:
