Koffing
Theres a Koffing in your mailbox. A Floaty lightweight able to summon smoke clouds with Nspecial to then detonate them with any Fire/Explosive move.

Partially based on Snolid Ice’s SSL Koffing that was itself partially based on an old build of this Koffing (Lol!)

Summons Gas Clouds that do constant damage. Koffing can have up to 6 gas clouds at a time. Holding NSpecial allows you to float around for a little bit. Fully charging the move allows you to summon 4 Gas Clouds at once.
Can be aimed in 8 directions during startup, holding the special button will give you more time to chose a direction. Using Uspecial on top of a Gas Cloud makes it travel farther.
Long lasting multihit move that lets Koffing float around freely during its active frames. Charging this move results in longer overall duration.
Very slow and powerfull move that inflicts 15% of self damage. Koffing can float around for a little bit while performing this move.
Gas Clouds can be detonated with any Fire or Explosive type move. (Fspecial, Dstrong, Nair, Dspecial and Taunt)
Clouds can also detonate other clouds to cause a chain reactions. When koffing detonates a gas cloud with one of his fire/explosive moves, a special visual indicator appears. This indicator signifies that the move can now be jump /shield cancelled.
Koffing’s STRONG ATTACKS can be performed in the air and in the ground. Doing Strong attacks in the air will result in a small cooldown to prevent spam. Koffing can also move left and right while performing grounded tilts.
