• The Rat: weak but clever creatures that will tunnel through obstacles to catch Isaac by surprise
• Healer Fly: Passive enemy that will use poops in the room to heal injured monsters

• Haircut: +.5 tears up and Isaac’s new haircut will fear any enemies that touch it
• Book of Mischief: 4 charge active item that spawns a swarm of friendly rats to fight assist Isaac for the duration of the room
• Strange Snacks: +1 black heart and monsters spawned by other monsters (ie Portal, baby long legs, etc…) will be poisoned
• Burrow Buster Bombs: Isaac’s bombs that blow up rocks will cause a domino effect of explosions in the connected rocks
• Pack Rat: Isaac gains a trash friend for every 7 coins, keys, or bombs he has (Up to 30 friends). If Isaac has the Box item, it only costs 4 coins, keys, or bombs
  -Garbage Friend: Blocks projectiles and releases slowing creep
  -Box Friend: Shoots projectiles in random directions
  -Spiky Friend: Attacks any monsters that walk near
