This mod gives you a policy in the public services sector that allows you to cultivate your own cult of personality. Through your cult of personality, people will have a better public perception of you, thinking you are a strong, trustworthy and compassionate leader.
However, it is fairly hard to cultivate such a thing in the modern society so it will require both a large amount of money and heavy investments in political capital. After all, if you aren’t a popular leader, nobody is going to worship you just because you told them so.
