This is just one I made for my own personal use, which I figured others might want to give a try.

A negative side effect is that my lack of skill with modding is such that I couldn’t untangle Sylvanian Rifle Men and Crossbows from the Skeleton Archer unit. Which means all ranged infantry will be free once you get the specific technology, which makes them so. The plus is that Skeleton archers will now be managed by the technology which makes Skeleton warriors and spears have zero upkeep.

I figured it was a fine trade-off as, in the campaign, you’re limited to how many living missile units you can have.

Garrison Unit placement:

Skeleton Archers are in garrisons, walls and settlements (but not port settlements).
Cannons are on port settlements.
The regular Trebuchet is linked to the second rank of the Armory.
The Magical Trebuchet to the Third Tier Circle of Blinding.
(The mortar is not linked to any Garrison).
