Description:

Fictional late 1960s heavy AA cruiser retrofitted with 1980s weaponry. Runs pretty fast but isn’t too maneuverable. If the game adds missiles in the future I’ll probably expand upon this and make it a class of ships. Namesake after Rear Admiral Edwin T. Layton[en.wikipedia.org].
