Description:

This is a simple correction on Paradox’s absurd population data for Manchuria. Population of Manchuria was only about 5~6 million at the game start . Names of the regions have also been corrected.

WIP: correction for other regions , starting from east asia

简单地修正了原版东北地区离谱的人口数据，游戏开局时间点全东北总人口大约在五六百万左右，最多不会超过七百万。

东亚其它地区的人口/资源修正还在做。
