Proper Mexican Cession
This mod adds a decision and event to give the USA the full Mexican cession after at least one of the Southwestern states is owned in full. The Decision will appear after 1846 and the AI will take it after 1848 with higher chances into the 1850s.
I was frustrated by Paradox’s design choice to make it so in practice you could only do one state per diplomatic play on a 5 year truce cooldown.
