Slightly boosted version of vanilla Chemical Plant
Changes to vanilla version:
– tripled the production output (2.4t vs 0.81t)
– 50 pct more workers (90 vs 60 in vanilla)
– 50 pct more resources required (incl water)
– higher water amount and quality needed (15m2 and 90 pct vs 67 pct)
– different pollution level of sewage (60 pct)
– import and export storages doubled in size to account for higher throughput
