Description:

This is a config file for my Smith and Parker Outlaw GUNPOWDER.

Bunches of thanks to Hanuman for dedicating some time in doing a test restoration prior to uploading this config. Thank you for the extra set of eyes. Cheers to you, man.

Happy Halloween to All!

Required DLCs
– Hot Rod
– Aston Martin
– Jaguar
– Land Rover
– Nissan
– Pagani

Front Rim ET = 200
Rear Rim ET = 200
(Rims will only spawn with a MAX ET of 150. Buy new rims and apply an ET of 200, which is the in-game MAX ET. I was informed that this discrepancy has been addressed and will be fixed by the next update.)

Rim Size = 19
Tire Dimensions = 520/50/19

You can find the GUNPOWDER Livery and GUN PWDR License Plates at these locations, and the GUNPOWDER Collection above:

Removing the front right panel will remove the right headlight and front bumper. Removing the front left panel will remove the left headlight. Removing the rear bumper will also remove the taillights and license plate.

Additional driveshafts emulate stabilizers. Remove/install them on the lift in the same fashion as you would the main driveshafts. Additional intake/throttle piping needs to be removed/installed on the lift as you would the exhaust system.
Use the “Metal Trunk” Bonus Part as a bracket for your license plate, so that it isn’t floating in space.
The “Crane Cylinder” (power steering fluid reservoir), connecting the front drive shaft to the transfer case, is turned at a 90-degree angle, so filling it will look odd.

“The animal Hans bestrode was a broken-down plow-horse that had outlived almost everything but its viciousness. He was gaunt and shagged, with a ewe neck, and a head like a hammer; his rusty mane and tail were tangled and knotted with burs; one eye had lost its pupil, and was glaring and spectral, but the other had the gleam of a genuine devil in it. Still, he must have had fire and mettle in his day, if we may judge from the name he bore of Gunpowder. He had, in fact, been a favorite steed of his master’s, the choleric Hans Van Ripper, who was a furious rider, and had infused, very probably, some of his own spirit into the animal; for, old and broken-down as he looked, there was more of the lurking devil in him than in any young filly in the country.”
– A partial recounting of the beast, Gunpowder, by the Notorious Ichabod Crane, circa 1790

I hereby declare, and do swear on the souls of my lineage and on the heart of my reborn Stallion, that I shall frame-drag for eternity, until the inevitable demise of all that is, was, and will be, in correcting these timeless calamities, set long ago in motion by that vile Ichabod Crane. I am the harbinger of life, and thus… I am become death.
