Description:

A small mod that is intended to make refusing a call to war more punishing!

– “Oathbreaker” Trait
> Assigned upon declining a defensive call to arms by your alliance [Also works for AI]
– “Former Oathbreaker” Trait
> Once you get the “Oathbreaker” Trait a decision will appear where you can ask for forgiveness, the result being you losing the “Oathbreaker” Trait and gaining the “Former Oathbreaker” Trait
– "the Oathbreaker" nickname
