Bound Soul
Bound Soul can be found in devil or angel rooms, it gives you a soul familiar that shoots at nearby enemies and if you die you respawn as the forgotten.
The soul has the same tear rate, damage and tear effects as the player, but does not change weapon type. (wont shoot bombs if you have dr. fetus etc)
NOTE: the mod can’t respawn you as the forgotten if you haven’t unlocked them yet, so if you die with this and haven’t unlocked the forgotten yet you just die.
