No Bloodletting Penalty
Updated to work with IE, will now also remove Valkia’s penalties when inactive(which happens to now be the same as her 1st tier giving her nothing.)
This mod removes the penalty for being inactive in bloodletting by making the growth and melee modifiers both 0 instead of -10
works with all factions that have bloodletting mechanics. I.E. Skarbrand and the Daemon Prince(Daniel)
