The Blood Pact. A bunch of space idiots who run around killing people because the UNSC has banned them from the KFC Club. So they have decided to declare a massive war on the planet Reach and kill Noble 6 while he is Grilling 50 Burgers using a plasma Rifle. On a serious note, this baiscally upgrades the Blood Pact faction of the Grimdark Armory mod using Departmento Munitorum assets.
