Sexy Paper Map Oceans
The paper map of Victoria 3 looks fine as is, but I felt like spicing things up a bit. I’ve always been a fan of darker waters in Paradox maps, and Victoria 3 is no different. Enjoy the deep dark blues of the vast oceans of the world as you expand your colors on the lands they surround!
