Adds a Passive Buff that will be given to you upon moving one space in the map.

Pop ups don’t work after killing people for some reason, so you won’t get a pop up when it triggers.
There just wont be a wall of hate from their family members.
Lore:
When killing someone with the Death Dagger their body vanishes into smoke.
All of their items that would have alerted their loved ones of their death are burned to dust.
