Pieper M1893
Bet you didn’t expect 2 mods in 1 day eh?
So I’m back with another Pilot/Tanker weapon for my BF1 Pilot/Tanker pack, this time the Pieper M1893.
The Pieper M1893 was a revolver carbine developed in 1893 by the Belgian Pieper company, and used a gas sealed firing system like the Nagant Revolvers. Sold to the Mexican government, they saw limited success in replacing the lever action rifles used till then due to the Pieper’s ammunition being significantly more scarce than the lever actions.
Used in BF1 by the Pilot and Tanker classes, this revolver carbine is a fairly powerful weapon, which can kill in 3 shots, both in BF1 and in Ravenfield. However, this quick time to kill is limited by the fairly small cylinder of 9 rounds, which, even though larger than most revolvers, is still fairly small and takes a while to reload.
