Realistic Armor Tweaks
-gives a 20-50% reduction in most of the debuffs for armors. EG. the hackstopper set doesnt nerf your skills into oblivion
-heavy helmets no longer give u perception debuff but give a slight dodge debuff (barely noticeable) and give a slight melee defense buff.
