– Crafting all machine parts from scrap.
– Creating car windows from composite material.
– Making car windows out of broken glass.
– New mechanics that allows you to dismantle the trunk.
– Assembling trunks from scrap.

DIY Vehicle Parts!

Create new car parts out of junk on your own!

The mod is divided into several modules, for ease of use in both SP and MP for server owners.

Module 1 – "DIY VehicleParts!"

After reading magazine you can create:

  • Engine Spare Parts;
  • Battery;
  • Big gas tank;
  • Double rear doors;
  • Rear door;
  • Hood;
  • Suspension;
  • Tires;
  • Muffler;
  • Brake;
  • Trunk lid;
  • Seats;
  • Front door;
  • Composite glass (baking soda and glue).

Magazines:
Find and study three magazines for creating "Standard", "Heavy" and "Sport" car parts.

Skills.
The skill level will vary depending on the type of machine on which you will make the part.

*Electronics and Carpentry are needed to assemble batteries and windows.

Module 2 – "DIY VehicleParts! GlassWindow"

Creation of windows for cars from broken of glass.

This module is made separately specifically for server owners.
Since this module can lead to looting.
The window recipe contains "Broken Glass", which can be obtained by breaking glass in the house.

*Example for a "Standard" machine. For the rest, the required skills will correspond to the table above..
Magazine:
Find and study the glass shard window crafting journal:

Module 3 – "DIY VehicleParts! Trunk" (Beta)

Uninstall the trunk of the car, and install a new one!

Magazine:
Find and study the luggage crafting magazine:

There are 12 recipes available for "Standard", "Heavy" and "Sport" cars, as well as for Trailers.

Note:
This module is completely safe to use in the vanilla version of the game without mods. Both on the server and in single player.
When using mod cars, you may encounter such incidents as:
Remove the trunk from the container for 1000 units, and put it on any heavy car.
We get a heavy fast car with a trunk of 1000 units.
To avoid problems, refrain from using with mod cars.

1. The mod contains only "Performance" parts.
No "Valu", "Regular" and "Old". "Performance" only.

The modification was created in order to improve the Project Zomboid servers.
The author allows the use of modifications in modpacks and assemblies.
