DESCRIPTION
Filling in the gap between the J-116 Heavy Interceptor and traditional fighter aircraft in the Newquay roster, the J-116 ‘Jinn’ Heavy Fighter is a multirole capable aircraft that serves to provide a mixture of the J-108 Shrike’s intercepting capabilities and speed, along with the maneuverability of a subsonic aircraft, the versatility of the aircraft allows it to lend itself to whatever job is required of it, it’s large amount of hardpoints allowing it flexible and expansive loadouts to fit any mission. The Aircraft’s uniquely low stall speed lends itself as a carrier aircraft; or towards it’s maneuverability and speed mixture pairing it to be perfect for Air-to-Air engagements, or as a ground and ship focused bomber in the attack role. It was widely exported to many countries as a carrier aircraft.The J-116 ‘Jinn’ provides a good range of coverage for the buck of any specialized aircraft.
The jet is one of the last jets designed to be using a analogue cockpit, along with the J-113 Yueri, J-117 Canberra and the J/A-115 Jigsaw, as the Newquay Air Force Command decided to take advantage of the advance in MFD and Display technology. These jets, at the time of release will be soon replaced by the more advanced J-118, and J-119 Oni II.
STARTUP PROCEDURE:
– Ensure Primary Battery breaker is turned ON
– Enable Reserve Battery if needed
– Enable FCS System Before Takeoff
– Flip the "Fuel pump switch" on the right side of the cockpit
– Turn on the Enable Engine Switch
– Use throttle to control aircraft (1.0+ throttle is afterburner)
