The P-107 “Aware” Offshore Patrol Cutter is a medium-sized blue water capable cutter built for the Newquay Coastguard to conduct maritime patrol and constabulary duties in and around the territorial waters and exclusive economic zones. It is the largest vessel currently in service with the Newquay Coastguard. In order to conduct its duties, the vessel is equipped with a Mk8 UNIV-RHIB to conduct inspections of other vessels, an Austere Accommodations compartment that can house up to 10 persons, either embarked troops or detained persons. Additionally, the vessel features a C97M Watercannon which allows it to fight fires on other vessels from a safe distance, or as a less lethal option. A L30M Mod 4 Autocannon is also fitted to giving the vessel a superior level of firepower to anything it may encounter, whilst still being a low enough calibre to facilitate disabling fire, whilst minimising damage to the target vessel. The design of the Aware Class has proved successful in various markets, both armed and unarmed, including general law enforcement, supporting offshore oil rigs as a fire & rescue boat, and in the export market, in particular with the Exford Border Force.
The following armaments are fitted to the P-107 “Aware”;
– L30M Mod. 5 JTAC-ADV Blk II Autocannon
– 2x L97 Mod. 1 GPMGs
– C97M Watercannon

HOW TO USE: (PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING)

GETTING POWER

---

– Go to the Left Lower Panel in the Bridge, and turn on ALL switches except for EMERGENCY BATTERY
– Note that EMERGENCY BATTERY is meant to be used only when Battery power in MAIN BATTERY has run out, and requires you to also go down to the Breaker Room in the AUSTERE COMPARTMENT to manually flip the Breaker as well as the switch on the Bridge.

TO START ENGINE

---

– On the Leftside Upper Panel Turn On PORT FUEL VALVE, COOLANT, and INTAKES & EXHAUSTS
– Turn on PORT ENGINE IGNITION
– Repeat with Right side panel for the Starboard Engine
– Turn on PORT & STARBOARD GENERATOR CLUTCHES

TO MOVE

---

– Turn on SHAFT CLUTCH
– Increase ELECTRIC MOTOR CLUTCH

TO USE WATERCANNON/FIRE HOSES
– In the Bridge, turn on PRIME FIRE MAIN
– You may now use fire hoses, and/or MAGAZINE OR ENGINE ROOM FIRE SUPPRESSION
– Go to Watercannon, turn on MASTER ARM
– Fire using your trigger button [Toggle] (Default = Spacebar)

TO MANUALLY GUIDE THE WEAPONS:

– Go to the BRIDGE
– Press ACTIVATE SYSTEM
– Press TGT and then LAS, point where you want to shoot.
– Press the desired weapon to arm, (L30M rely on the JTAC-ADV system to function!)
– Choose between SINGLE/AUTO Firerate (Single will retire pulling the trigger twice on spawn to load first)
– Fire using your trigger button (Default = Spacebar)

TO GUIDE THE WEAPONS WITH RADAR (Make sure the fire control radar is aimed at a target):

– Press ACTIVATE SYSTEM
– Press TGT
– Press your desired weapon to arm.
– Fire using your trigger button (Default = Spacebar)

BUTTON DEFINITIONS:

---

– MANUAL CONTROL: This will let you take control of where the fire control radar points at.

– TGT: Abbreviated for "target", this will point all the guns at the radar/laser target you are looking at. It will also transmit GPS coordinates of that target via radio.

– LAS: Abbreviated for "laser", this will turn on the laser and send laser gps co-ordinates and allow you to point the guns where the camera is facing.

– RECEIVE JTAC COORDINATES: The turrets will point at received JTAC coordinates. This requires another transmitter to be actively transmitting coordinates on the same frequency to work.
