Apple of LotsofLatte’s "Remnants of Essentia" is now available for the Rivals of Aether workshop!
Take control of the hailstorm scout with a variety all-around moveset, with projectiles, hard-hitting normals and stage controlling abilities. Apple moves fast, but his moves have some considerable starting lag, emphasizing precision timing and mobility.
Specialty moves:
Down Air – A large projectile where Apple throws his sword away, similar to Megaman’s Dair in Ultimate. However, when Apple’s sword is gone, the player won’t have access to Apple’s sword based attacks until they land on the ground again.
Neutral Special – Throws a quick snowball at a set range and arch, will only take effect if it makes contact with the opponent. A great stage control and edge guarding move.
Up Special – Quick launch recovery that can be acted out of very quickly. Can be used for hard reading options or aerial chase.
Forward Special – Apple lunges his sword forward for great horizontal length. Holding the button down will increase the attack’s distance, and puts him in special fall at the end of his lunge.
Down Special – Throws down a snowball mine that hits for a set knockback, great for punishing or comboing the opponent.
