Squad Tags
This mutator adds small tags above the heads of your squad members.
This way they are more recognizable, in a crowd of soldiers.
I mostly created this because I felt like I needed this feature, but I hope you also find it useful!
This mod is a modification of SteelRaven’s NameTags mutator, which is added into the game by default. Thanks EaglePancake for extracting and sharing the sourcecode!
- Custom tag color for your squad
- Turn on tags for non-player squads
WARNING: this mod may cause lag
The more bots you have, the bigger the lag, it becomes noticable at around 150 (drops 10-20 frames).
I fixed the performance issues. This mod is a modification of SteelRaven’s NameTags mutator, so if there are performance issues, check that one as well. Still, this mod shouldn’t be slower than NameTags.
I’d love to get your feedback, since this is my first RF mod.
