Dumpster Diver [Gives Tons of Garbage Items!]
Hi there this is my first mod!

Dumpster diving is an active item with a 4 room charge, only found in the shop. On use, it gives you a passive item, added directly to your inventory. Yup, it’s completely free, you get another free item every 4 rooms, which can be from nearly any item pool.
The catch? Every item you get is totally garbage. This item can ONLY it give you a random item of quality 0 or 1. So yes, you’ll get useful items such as health ups, utility items, or good familiars. Or maybe, you’ll get Cursed Eye, Bob’s Brain and Dunce Cap all in a row. You’ll never know what you’ll dig up out of the garbage!
Please let me know of any issues you find, and I will correct it. Also, I Currently do not have an animation for this mod, but I’ll eventually get around to it.
