The Sanctuary-ST is a player starter base with some room to grow. It is made with steel and concrete and does not require any advanced resources. It does not come with grow plots however has designated areas to place up to 72 of them in two 36 plot farms. These farms are sectioned off from the main crafting room as they are not air tight until grow plots or a floor is added.
This base also has COOP play in mind as sectioned off so each player could use half the base + landing pad, farms, storage, constructors, etc., with the exception of a food processor. It works fine for single player as well. There is room to add more items later on such as medic station, repair station, more fuel/oxygen tanks. It does come with 4 large constructors, 3 cannon turrets, and other quality of life features not requiring more than player level 3.
