Liberally applied the "Maximum Export Multiplier" modifier to all of the trade laws.
with this mod, if you have the free trade law, 25% of your sell orders will remain within your country.
50% for mercantilism
75% for protectionism
100% for isolationism, (although you can’t actually trade with that law anyway,)
