This pack includes a Light rail sticker (6 stickers) and light rail tracks. (concrete and grass version)

Please be aware that this package is only for decoration and it isn’t actually doing anything.

You have to install the mod manually.

Go to
Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent6736102388458056stickers

Copy the stickers folder into
disk:UsersyourpcnameAppDataLocalLowApoapsis StudiosAirport CEO.

(If you have already a stickers folder copy the png files into the existing stickers folder.
