Description:
Welcome to Chernarus.

Ravage: Lost is an endless open-world scenario, where your goal is to survive. No predefined missions or objectives. You create your story. This scenario supports up to 20 players.

Features:
  • Ravage-related: hunger and thirst, ambient AI and zombies, ambient music (replaced tracks to CHR ones), vehicle repairing.
  • Persistence – saves characters, vehicles, base stuff, date and time. Serverside saving occurs every 10 minutes. Clients are saved upon disconnection.
  • Vehicle Spawner – spawns randomly damaged vehicles around the map (cars on roads and helicopters to hangars) and keeps their number under a given limit. If the existing vehicle number is less than the limit, the script adds more on the next restart, until the limit is reached again.
  • Loot Spawner – spawns loot into buildings around the map. Classic loot-on-the-ground system.
  • Home System (WIP) – just some walls and stuff to create a safe place for yourself. Each building costs 1 banknote, and you also need a toolkit. To claim a building you need Keys and Banknotes (1 Banknote per door). You can build in a 20m radius around the building (not visible, working on it), and the building can be locked as well. (Warning: When built close to/into buildings, zombies might be able to pass through walls, due to predefined nodes that they follow.)
  • Vehicle Locking- You can claim vehicles using Keys, and by doing it you will be able to lock them. If a vehicle is left unlocked, anyone can claim it.
  • Group Management – you can add people to your group through a built-in menu while you are looking at them.
  • EVR – The storm has reached Chernarus after the first occurence on Namalsk. When the storm is approaching try to seek shelter to avoid any damage. It’s not advised to fly either, because the storm can cause engine malfunctions.
  • Helicrashes – They are scattered around the map randomly. They can hold higher tier loot. They attract zombies as well.
  • Dog companion (WIP) – The man’s best friend. Lure them out from doghouses with rusty food cans and they will help you to survive out there – they are not prefect: their movement can be weird since i had to script it, they sometimes bug through buildings just like any other animal in A3, AI don’t shoot them, and right now they are not persistent either.
  • Mag Repack – you can combine your magazines to free up some space.
  • (Only for dedicated) Auto-Restart – The scenario restarts itself every 4 hours starting from 00:00 (real server time).

Keybinds:
  • HOME for Menu.
  • Ctrl + R for Mag Repack.

Supported mods:

Notes:
  • When logged in as an admin, you can save or wipe the server at any time through the built-in menu.
  • If you want to play the scenario as a singleplayer mission, then host it as a local server through multiplayer.
  • (Only applies to locally hosted server) As a host make sure to save the progress by either typing #gradpersistencesave into chat or by using the menu before shutting down the server, otherwise you might lose your character. Also make sure everyone disconnects before you shut down the server.
