Adds a Mixed Economy law that allows government ownership of industries in addition to private and public ownership. Unlocks with the Labour Movement research.
To Do
- Balancing????
- Add "Self Sufficiency" trade law that makes tariffs too high for trade routes to be productive; effectively being able to ban exports when protecting domestic supply.
Notes
Realistically, Mixed Economies didn’t really happen till the early 20th century; it may be that it should be unlocked at a later research.
