Tier X/IX cruiser

Light cruiser project developed by Red Navy along with Obj82.
Equipped with 180mm guns and excellent AA defense.

Red Navy CL product bulit after Petropavlovsk. Actually this one is still the spirit inherit of the WOWS one. Yet she is not 100% like that WOWS A.Nevsky. She has a light armor while keeping 180mm guns which are oversized for a CL.

The weapon mods she required can be easily found in the workshop.
