Description:

Changes the indicated speed to have configurable decimal places.

Save game compatible.

• Decimal Places (Default: 1)
  The number of decimals places to show when displaying speed.
• Individual Overrides (Default: False)
  If true, the Decimal Places setting is ignored and custom format overrides below are used.
• Format Overrides
  The provided overrides are just to serve as examples of what’s possible
  A 0 represents a required digit. A # represents an optional digit.
  e.g. ‘0.0#’ will give you: 1.19, 1.2, and 1.21
  Important Note:

  The quotation marks are required. The values will not be read correctly without them.
