The Amarok can handle 45 degrees hills, what stands in your way. Furthermore automatic lights and heater makes your life a bit easier.
Top speed: 130, the "legal" speed off the Netherlands. After around 50 km/h the turbo starts so faster acceleration after that.
Fuel: 1500 liters, you probably dont need to refuel
1: Get in and turn on the ignition (right behind the steering wheel)
2: Press drive and you are moving forwards. For reverse press reverse but hold drive on.

Ladies and gentleman there is a note: For refueling incase you went through the 1500 liters somehow, press the "open fuel lid" button. On the left side off the cara lid opens. Tadaaaa
