Urban Landowners
Empowers Landowners by employing Aristocrats on urban and resource buildings. Urban buildings will employ Aristocrats (20% of the total of Capitalists) with Private Owned PMs, and no Aristocrats on Publicly Traded PMs. Resource rural buildings will employ Aristocrats (40% of the total of Capitalists) with Private Owned PMs, and 20% Aristocrats on Publicly Traded PMs.
In addition, gives the Rural Folk +25% Political Strength under Agrarianism law, so it is a bit harder to move out of that.
The intention is to make agrarian societies both stronger (as the extra Aristocrats will provide extra Investment Pool under the right rules) and more resilient (as it’ll be harder to reduce Landowner clout just by industrializing). Landowners IG should be a more pronounced political force in your country overall, especially before you research Mutual Funds.
