The Tactician class mod adds a brand new class to the game. Equip a banner and delegate your teammates to victory. The Tactician can be found on the front line of the battle overseeying the battle strategy and aiding allies wherever possible. New skills and new a weapon type give you just the right toolset to turn the tide of battle!
Tactician class mod adds a new weapon type into the game: Banners! Banners are a twohanded melee weapon based of staffs that don’t have the most damage but have a little more range than spears and gives the wielder the raise banner skill, granting great tools to turn the tide of battle! Banners scale of strength.
There are 5 different weapon types which all have their unique flavor:
- The Divine Order banner gives leadership
- The Sniper banner has even a little more range
- The Paladin banner grants perseverance and retribution
- The Chaos banner grants necromancy and has a little lifesteal
- The Stormbreaker banner gives warfare and aerothurge
Of course all types of banner gain more stats and attributes when their rarer counterparts are offered by the all new Tactician trader Lorelei Wisperwood.
On top of this, I have hidden 5 unique banners throughout Rivellon, can you find them all?
P.S. The banners are compatible with Laughing Leader’s Weapon Expansion mod, just to be sure load this mod AFTER Weapon Expansion. Equip the banner and it will be recognised as such by LL Weapon Expansion mod.
The mod gives you access to 26 new and fun skills. A true Tactician will only deal direct damage as a last resort, hence there are only a few damaging skills. However, the Tactician is designed to aid allies and grant them access to new resources! Keep in mind that the banner already indirectly gives access to 6 skills!

Lorelei Wisperwood has made her way to Rivellon to sell the Tactician and friends everything a Tactician will need. She sells all starter skillbooks at lvl 1 adding more at lvls 4, 9,13 and 16. She also sells various banners, be sure to check her wares a lot!
Lorelei can be found in Rivellon at the following locations:
- In Fort Joy standing on the beach near Stingtail
- In Driftwood close to the eastern gate
- On The nameless Isle in the elven camp
- And in Arx standing next to water left after you enter the city
