Human Projectile Movement System
Get up-close and personal and tear through, while you tear down.
Slide
Press crouch while moving to slide. Depending on your settings, this can give you a burst of speed, or just reduce friction. You can also slide hop for additional speed and even lower friction – similar to Titanfall and Apex Legends. If impact destruction is enabled, sliding can be used to break weak surfaces easily.
Impact Destruction – optional
Destroy objects simply by running into them at speed. The faster you’re moving, the bigger impact you will leave. Normally, you’ll only be able to destroy wood and glass when sliding or moving fast, but gain more speed or increase this setting and you will be able to tear through bricks and metal with ease. Debris will satisfyingly fly in front of you when you tear through a wall.
Improved Sound Effects
In addition to new sounds for sliding and RedTide, sounds have been added to emphasize movement and impacts. When hitting a hard surface at speed, it will make an impact sound. When moving quickly, you can hear the wind rushing past.
Speed Boost – optional
A small or large boost can be added on top of your normal walking speed
Ground Pound – optional
Press control in mid-air to slam to the ground, leaving a crater in your wake. Higher falls make bigger craters.
BlueTide Improvements
BlueTide will speed up sliding as well as standard movement. Optionally, a larger speed boost can be applied while BlueTide is active
RedTide – optional
An experimental energy drink deemed too dangerous for public use. Drink a can of it, and walls will become mere suggestions. Extra potent when combined with BlueTide. A supply of 4 cans is provided in campaign mode.
Impact Damage – optional
Take damage when hitting objects at speed. Damage depends on the speed of the impact and material hit. You can choose whether this damage can be lethal or not.
