The Military Forces of Colombia are the set of military institutions that are in charge of the defense of the Colombian territorial extension in terms of land, air and sea, which are part of the Republic of Colombia; and they are under the planning and strategic direction of the General Command of the Military Forces of Colombia, they are made up of the Army, the National Navy and the Air Force. The National Police is not part of the Armed Forces, however, it plays a fundamental role in national security and is made up of several highly trained elite teams, specialized to neutralize terrorist threats in any environment. It is worth mentioning that Colombia has been at war against drug trafficking guerrillas for more than 60 years, and that they are mostly located in the south of the country, and that they still persist in some critical areas. The Colombian Armed Forces have extensive experience in the use of irregular warfare operations, COIN, today its Armed Forces are the most experienced in the world, operationally adding thousands of hours of experience in real combat. This mod honors those brave men, who fight for their country with bravery and honor.

Colombia is the first and only global partner of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Latin America. Global partners can contribute to NATO operations and missions, cooperation to be determined based on an individual program.
Colombia officially became a global partner in May 2017, joining Afghanistan, Australia, Iraq, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, New Zealand and Pakistan in this category. The country made its first presentation to the North Atlantic Council, the highest body of this body, in which the 29 member countries have seats.
