Historical Figures and Events adds a variety of characters and storylines from all across the Victoria 3 timeline and all corners of the world.

Current Features include:
✰ Martin Van Buren as an IG leader and a flavor event based around his nomination
✰ Democratic Party founder modifier
Planned Features include:
✰ All major historical leaders and rulers added
✰ All major historical candidates or pretenders added
✰ Custom portraits for all historical characters, both vanilla and HFE
✰ Historical flavor events concerning characters, including character interactions
✰ Historical flavor events concerning developments by figures in science, politics, art, and more
