其为1143型重型载机巡洋舰四号舰- 苏联代号 海东青，北约代号 基辅
作为11435型载机巡洋舰的实验舰，与前三艘姊妹舰的区别较大。
作为苏联解体前实际服役的排水量最大的军舰，充斥着理想的美好和现实的妥协，
穷极一生也没能等来属于她的舰载机。
后被卖往印度，更名为超日王号。
This is the forth 1143 Kiev class aircraft carrier, named "Baku"
which is actually the largest aircraft carrier serviced in Soviet navy with has a displacement of 44,490 tons max.
because there are no suitable mod, 12 P500 launcher can only launch P700 missile.
other than that, I have tried to make it looks like a realistic one as much as possible.
of cause, it is not 100% precise.
