aggressively improved late game performance
This mod is supposed used with ‘improved late game performance’ mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2882802653 together.（need to start a new game）
This mod aims at aggressively improving the performance of the game.
Warning: there may be some side effects such as Austria immediately becomes Austria-Hungary.
The mod did following:
1.change all laws of citizenship to accept all cultures(guaratee the discriminated pop can be assimilated)
2.change pops of Africa to one africa race。 May unify more races in the latter update.
3.remove many cultural homelands except some major cultures

进一步优化游戏后期卡，速度。
警告:可能会有各种副作用例如开局奥地利变奥匈
主要改了一下：
1.改变所有居民权法律效果为接受所有族群（为了保证所有种族pop可以被同化）
2.统一非洲族群减少pop数量，以后可能统一更多族群
3.删除大部分非主要文化故土保证同化
