A mod in South America with an alt-history addition of the now modern concept of "Southern Cone" as a new formable empire similar to Gran Colombia.
It also adds a couple of historical characters for Chile like british naval commander Roberto Simpson Winthrop and Manuel Bulnes who lead chilean forces in the war against the Perú-Bolivian Confederation.
