Restrict Grand Rites
This basically solves the lag issue caused by giant witch dynasties. The right to attend grand rites are now only restricted to someone holding a count tier title or above. The right to initiate a grand rite is restricted to kings/emperors.
Compatibility: conflict with any mods that modify the base game feast/rite/hunt activity.
