[DEFUNCT] Landing at Nanashi-Jima (Includes Preconfigured Version)
I am aware of issues regarding AI boarding ships, seaplanes, and other vehicles in the water. I believe this was caused by a somewhat recent update to Ravenfield that included modifications to how boats work.
I do not have time to fix the maps on which this is an issue. I have attempted to fix them a number of times, but attempted fixes – ramps, bridges/piers, modifying pathfinding and collisions, etc – have been unsuccessful. I do not have the time or patience to commit to this.
There is no need to remind me of the issue. Do not expect these maps to be fixed unless Steel himself is able to fix the AI in the game itself.

Briefing
USA:
The airfield on Nanashi Jima may not be much now, but if we leave it alone, it might pose serious problems for our boys in Okinawa. The reefs surrounding the island will make it impossible to land anywhere but a couple locations, but an initial barrage from our battleship support ought to soften those spots up good. Once we’ve taken the beach, we can count on firm resistance en-route to the airfield.

Known bugs
– Bots driving amphibious vehicles may behave oddly, especially when it comes to driving up onto the beach. I spent more time than I’d like to admit trying to fix this. Please be patient with them.
– After the initial few assault waves, attackers will no longer enter vehicles, or only do so piecemeal.
– 私は日本語が上手ではありません (My Japanese is pretty bad)
Tip for Attackers: If you assign your team to defend your main spawn, then wait for teammates on the beach to die and respawn, you can then cancel the defend order and order an attack to send everyone out in one large wave. Try it at home, kids!
