[FIX]Railway Auto-Expand
1.Now the railway auto-expand will be based on infrastructure balance(Infrastructure – Infrastructure usage) instead of market access,it will fix the problem with railway auto-expanding when market access is lower than 100% due to lack of convoys or something like that.Thus eliminating the wasted time and resource.
2.Railway will auto-expand whenever the infrastructure balance is lower than 5.
3.It will auto-expand whenever the construction queue is lower then 100 weeks,making it easier for railway auto-expand to queue in.
4.It will only auto-expand when fully employed.
There seems to be some problem with the game’s localization or something,making the description for infrastructure balance in auto-expand not displaying in the game.But it still function as intended(TESTED).If there’s anyone know how to fix it feel free to leave a comment or contact me.
