Scraphouse Fixes (Dagnabbit Quin)

Hopefully the last, real, final, permanent fix to Quin’s disappearing act we’ll ever need. Fixes a crapload of weird inconsistencies in the Scraphouse including its town, squad, and AI packages. sighlol
In short: while the town marker was one thing, which other mods have found and fixed – there turned out to be lots more settings that were likely causing problems.
(For an existing game, you must import your save after activating this mod! If you start a new game after activating, that’s fine, no import needed.)
