Higher resource discovery chance and trade max level
Resource discovery is now 0.2 up from 0.02, it was to low for resources like rubber and oil making it that you never discover all the resources even at game end date.
Trade has also now been increased from 100 Max to 500 Max level, this should help so when trading with big nations your trade route can keep increasing level instead of making new ones (no idea if this helps with performance but less trade routes = better performance i would assume, not tested enough to know for sure).
