Description:

A patch for Elder Kings 2 that enables the commisioning of all the artifact types that you can commision in vanilla CK3. Also removes the requirement of having a royal court.

All credits go to Paradox since this is basically a copy of the vanilla CK3 artifacts decision file 😉
