Noctilus The Hunger Skill "Fix"
A consistent rule for vampire lords/heroes is that they have the passive ability "the hunger" that provides regen when in melee. This is also true for the Vampire Coast in multiplayer.
However, Count Noctilus and Vampire Fleet Captains lack the ability to aquire this in the campaign. So this mod adds an additional unlockable skill to their skill trees that grants them this ability. Noctilus can get this at lvl 2 while the Captains have to wait till lvl 8 to unlock it. (same with Vampire Count Heroes) is the only vampire character without hunger and he is a big boi. So now like with the other vampire admirals he has a skill that grants it at lvl 2.
